How the Monthly Formulation Request Works

Each active member is entitled to:

• One (1) custom formulation request per month

• Unlimited formulation support for that request until you are fully satisfied

• Guidance on stability, ingredient substitutions, percentages, and practical execution

This approach allows us to focus deeply on your formulation, test for logic and stability, and support you properly—rather than rushing through multiple formulas without adequate follow-up.
